Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) has found a new publisher for his new book after Simon & Schuster dropped him after he objected to certifying the 2020 presidential election.
According to the Daily Wire, the conservative publishing company Regnery Publishing has picked up Hawley’s book “The Tyranny of Big Tech,” scheduled to be released on May 4. Simon & Schuster cut Hawley’s book following in the footsteps of cancel culture following the Jan. 7 riot on Capitol Hill.
Hawley’s original publisher backed out, citing the Capitol riot and accusing the senator of playing a “role” in the riots, despite the senator tweeting out a statement that condemned the violence and calling for the prosecution of the rioters involved.
Simon & Schuster dropped his book the following day.
