The Arizona Senate Judiciary Committee announced Monday evening that it will order an audit of Dominion Voting machines and software through a subpoena in Maricopa County, the largest county in the state.

BREAKING: Subpoenas are being issued in Maricopa Country to seize ALL of the Dominion systems for a full forensic audit.#WarRoomPandemic

Senate Judiciary Chairman Eddie Farnsworth took action after a six-hour hearing regarding election security in Arizona. Farnsworth said that Maricopa County officials wanted to conduct an audit, but lawyers advised them they could not due to ongoing litigation.

“As long as the constraints exist because of ongoing or additional litigation, they don’t feel like they can perform an audit, which continues to leave our constituents feeling like, maybe this election was compromised,” Farnsworth said. “So with that said, it is therefore in my intent to exercise my authority as chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee and, with the full support of the Senate president, to issue subpoenas in an effort to audit the equipment software and ballots.”

Subpoenas will most likely be issued at some point today.

Republican state Rep. Mark Finchem said that the subpoenas will hopefully lead to a forensic audit of Dominion Voting Systems.

“The outcome of this hearing was a call by Chairman Eddie Farnsworth to issue subpoenas to seize the machines,” Finchem said. “A forensic audit is the likely next step. This is a huge development, and moves Arizona in the right direction to account for the many irregularities.”

A forensic audit of the machines and software could show that the results in Maricopa County are incorrect. This would provide more evidence for members of Congress to object to Arizona’s Joe Biden electoral votes. Additionally, Arizona’s 11 Republican electors met and cast uncertified votes for President Donald Trump yesterday.

The subpoenas come after the results of a forensic audit of Dominion Voting Systems in Antrim County, MI revealed a 68% error rate.

Biden won Maricopa County by 45,109 votes.
